When is the new digital banking going to be here?

It's almost here! The new digital banking arrives on Tuesday, June 13.

Will I need to do anything to get the new digital banking?

We’ve got you covered! If you're already an active digital banking user, you’ll be able to login to the new digital banking from our homepage as you always have. You'll just need to update your mobile app on June 13.

If you've never signed up or do not actively use digital banking, you'll be able to easily register from the homepage to get started.

Am I required to use digital banking to access my accounts?

No. Using our digital banking platform is optional. Digital banking is just one way we serve our members. We're always happy to help you at any of our 19 branches, call center, or at an ATM - whichever works best for you!

How is the new digital banking different?

There will be new and updated features like a customizable dashboard, push and text notifications, budgeting tools, in-app statements and more.

Plus, a new modern design, user-friendly navigation, and more reliability–just to name a few.

Will new digital banking not have features from the previous version?

All features from our current digital banking platform will be available in the new digital banking platform. What’s best, the new digital banking platform is loaded with more features and all features are available on our mobile app!

Will the new mobile app still have Zelle®?

Yes! Zelle will continue to be offered in our new digital banking app.

If you’d like to access Zelle today from our current mobile app, select Transfers from the main screen then "Send $ with Zelle." If it's your first time using Zelle with your Arrowhead account, complete the steps to set things up.

Is your digital banking change related to the Federal Reserve’s FedNow Instant Payment program, or other government programs?

No. We’re changing the technology we use that allows you to access your accounts from your computer, tablet, or phone. This change to online banking and the mobile app (collectively “digital banking”) improves the service we provide to you by giving you more tools to manage your money.
